CEEBS+ GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. Promoter The promoter of all giveaways conducted under the Ceebs+ platform is CEEBS PLUS PTY LTD (ABN: 53 693 902 742), located in Victoria, Australia. 2. Eligibility Entry is open only to individuals who are currently enrolled students of a Victorian tertiary institution, hold a valid .edu email address, and are residents of Victoria, Australia. Entrants must use their verified student email to participate. 3. Nature of Promotion All giveaways conducted via Ceebs+ are trade promotion lotteries. Participation does not require payment, and a free entry pathway is available (see Clause 6). All draws are conducted randomly. 4. Giveaway Types Ceebs+ offers three distinct giveaway types: 4.1 Weekly Giveaways are conducted every Sunday at 9:00pm (AEST), drawn via a randomised digital wheel, livestreamed publicly via Instagram Live, with a typical prize value ranging from $500 to $1,000. 4.2 Daily Giveaways are conducted daily with varying prize types, and entries cannot be purchased for them. 4.3 Semester Giveaways are conducted once per academic semester, and packages may be purchased specifically for this giveaway. 5. Membership Entries Ceebs+ memberships provide weekly giveaway entries based on the following tiers: Bronze (1 weekly entry), Silver (2 weekly entries), and Gold (5 weekly entries). Entries accumulate weekly if a member does not win. For example, a Gold member receives 5 entries in Week 1, 10 entries in Week 2, and 15 entries in Week 3. Upon winning any weekly giveaway, entries reset to the base weekly amount. Membership also provides one daily giveaway entry, access to Earn & Save, delivery fee discounts, and Close Friends perks (Gold tier only). Membership is billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time. 6. Free Entry Pathway A free method of entry is available for all eligible students, who may obtain one month of a free Bronze membership by completing three Earn & Save tasks. Earn & Save access is free to use and provides weekly and daily giveaway entries with no purchase required. 7. Entry Packages Entry packages may be purchased by users. These packages apply to one specific giveaway only, do not accumulate over time, and are entirely non-refundable. Packages may be used for Weekly or Semester giveaways but cannot be used for Daily giveaways. 8. Delivery Vouchers and Earn & Save Access Membership tiers and packages include delivery discount vouchers alongside an equal number of days of access to Earn & Save: Bronze includes 5 × $1 vouchers and 5 days of access, Silver includes 10 × $1 vouchers and 10 days of access, Gold includes 20 × $1 vouchers and 20 days of access, and Higher Packages include 50 × $1 vouchers and 50 days of access. Conditions for vouchers and access stipulate that only one voucher may be used per delivery, vouchers cannot be stacked on a single order, vouchers and access days are non-transferable, and there is no expiry date on these benefits. 9. Draw Method All winners are selected using a randomised digital wheel generator, ensuring an equal chance per entry. Probability is determined solely by the number of valid entries held, and no manual weighting is applied. 10. Winner Rules Participants may win multiple times, as no maximum win limit applies. Winning a draw only resets the accumulated weekly entries. 11. Prize Conditions Prizes are awarded exactly as advertised, though a cash alternative may be offered where specified. Prizes are not transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise. 12. Conduct of Draw Weekly draws are conducted on Sundays at 9:00pm AEST and livestreamed publicly. Instagram is used solely for broadcasting and is not affiliated with or responsible for the promotion. 13. Entry Costs Membership and packages are strictly optional, do not increase odds unfairly, and do not replace free entry eligibility. Free participation remains available at all times. 14. Refunds Entry packages are non-refundable, while memberships may be cancelled at any time by the user. 15. Liability The promoter is not responsible for technical interruptions, entry failures due to user error, or platform outages. 16. Compliance All giveaways are conducted in accordance with Victorian Trade Promotion laws.
